Google wind map

The reason for placing the wind farm off the coast of Isle Royale was due to its remote location in Lake Superior, so noise will not be a significant factor. Secondly, its surrounding area possesses a high level of wind.
As the wind farm will be waterbased injury to birds should not be a factor; since birds are not known to fly long distances over water.
Lastly, though the wind farm will be waterbased it is strategically placed outside of shipping lanes.

Georgia Rainfall

It's encouraging that now I'm really starting to get used to AI and these map skills. Imagine that this lab would have been easier with a graphics pen. Nonetheless I hope I made Georgians proud.

Data Classification

Four maps

Escambia Classification

The classification which best presents the census data in Escambia County is the equal interval because it provides the user with an ease of evaluation of the data. In addition, the equal interval provides upper and lower limits and contains no missing values.

Good map: Map provides visual depiction of line of communication as well as city and various land marks. While the map possesses some clutter it does not detract from the overall visual depiction of the map.

Good Map/ Bad Map

In order to understand good map design, you must first understand bad map design.

This map is terrible because it's not effectively labeled and full of crap and chart-junk.
